About the editors
Neil Anderson is Lecturer in Organizational Psychology at the University of Nottingham. He is currently Principal Investigator in the ESRC Centre for Research in Education, Development, Instruction and Training and is editor of the InternationalJournal of Selection and Assessment.
Peter Herriot is Director of Research at Sundridge Park Management Centre, a practice of PAk Consulting Group. He is author of The Career Management Challenge and editor-elect of the European Work and Organizational Psychologist. Vissza
