Jane Packer, who was personally asked by Sarah Ferguson to prepare the bridal and bridesmaids' flowers for her inarriage to Prince Andrew, is the inost creative young floral designer to emerge in recent years. She has broken away from the traditional and more formal arrangeinents of the past, with designs that are by turns elegant, colourful, imposing, sensuous and austere, and of ten a combination of several of these.
