John van den Heuvel
Passion is John's trademark as a speaker and professional management coach. Passion for growth, change, improvement and the will to embrace challenge. He inspires people to test their limits and go in search of adventure. This philosophy has been the guiding principle throughout his work as a police officer, trainer, consultant and Managing Director of DOOR Netherlands and in his present post as CEO of DOOR Training & Consulting International. His passion for sailing led him to guide top sailor Roy Heiner and his crew during the 1998-1999 Whitbread Round the World Race, where the team managed to secure first and second place. John has also guided the successful record-breaking attempt of Hans Bouscholte, who made the Transatlantic crossing from Dakar to Guadeloupe, a total of 5500 nautical miles, in 15 days on a six-metre Catamaran.
John has put his experiences on paper, including his most recent publications "Improving is fun' (2002) and 'Networking with Passion'. Vissza
