The collection includes Wigner's lectures on the quantum theory of measurement, never before published, as well as translations of London and Bauer's classic treatment of the same subject, Bom's pathbreaking statistical interpretation of quantum mechanics, Heisenberg's introduction of the principle of indeterminism, Schrodinger's "cat paradox," and Bohr and Rosenfeld's analysis of the measurability of electromagnetic field quantities.
