MIROSLAV RADMAN is among the leading molecular geneticists. A researcher at Harvard, he discovered the DNA self-repair system. After having been director of research at the CNRS, then at Inserm, he became professor of cell biology at the Medical school of R. Descartes-Paris 5 University. He is the founder of the Mediterranean Institute of Life Sciences (MediLS). Recipient of a dozen of international and national awards, he is member of 8 academies including the French Academy of Sciences, the USA National Academy of Sciences and the American Academy of Arts and Sciences. He has been awarded the Inserm Grand Price.
